Night Life

Alpe d'Huez has a spectacular variety of things to do after dark. For those who can't get enough of alpine sport there is night skiing, ice skating and torch lit decent's. If you prefer cosy'er climates after dark there is an enormous number of bars and restaurants all within a few min's walk of the town center. Most notable venues must include;

'Lily Muldoons' (Lily's) the worlds highest Irish Pub. Renowned for great food great guinness and great craic. Menu includes Beef and Guinness pie, Irish mussels, surf and turf and home made burgers. After 10 the fiddles, drums and electric guitars come out, live music and dancing at least 7 nights a week.

'Pacific Bar' Is a cozy English pub. Eclectic juke box and friendly staff. With a large cinema/pool room upstairs its the perfect daytime spot for fans of big sporting fixtures. Regular special nights with prizes to be won, live Dj's and bands.

'The last Bar' Lively French alternative venue. If you feel like mixing it with the locals this is as good a spot as any. Loud music and mayhem.
