No contract shall arise until  receives the appropriate Deposit or full payment from the consumer for the accommodation and has been issued confirmation via mail or E-mail. reserves the right to terminate the contract if the behaviour or conduct of the consumer prior to or during the holiday is likely to endanger the safety or well being of themselves or others and the cancellation charges are payable by the consumer. If the accommodation in which the consumer is staying is damaged; the consumer hereby agrees to indemnify the organiser against any claim (including legal costs) made against the organiser in relation to the occurrence of such incidence.

A deposit of £200 per person is required when you book more then 10 weeks before departure. Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure. If booking within 10 weeks of departure the holiday must be paid for in full. Once confirmation of your deposit is dispatched, your contract is made with and the deposit is non-refundable. If the holiday is not paid in full by that date Synergy Extreme Ltd shall have the option to cancel the holiday.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If the consumer wishes to cancel more than 6 weeks before departure any deposit shall be forfeited, within 6-4 weeks of departure 50% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited. Within 4-2 weeks of departure, 75% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited. Within 2 weeks of to the date of departure, 100%of the cost of the holiday is forfeited. All cancellation charges apply to each person covered by the booking any insurance premium payable is not refundable. If cancellation of party member results in under occupancy of a room, apartment or chalet those remaining must pay the appropriate empty bed space. If the consumer wishes for a different party member to go in their place this must be confirmed in writing and paid in full.

Travel is not a travel agent and we are not responsible for your travel to or from the resort, or any expenses that occur such as loss of earnings, possessions and delays during your journey. shall not be held liable in any circumstance in relation to your travel arrangements. We will advise our clients on what we have found to be the most economic and convenient ways of getting to your destination but all our clients are independent travellers.  To maintain low prices, where necessary we share transfers excursions and reps with tour operators.

It is essential that you take out a comprehensive insurance policy before going on holidays the consumer has to have insurance.  It is a condition of this contract that the consumer is covered by either the insurance schemes recommended by ourselves or an alternative insurance policy equal or better. It is the responsibility of the consumers to check that the insurance scheme covers the consumer with the desired level of cover. is acting as an agent selling an insurance scheme, but shall not be responsible to the consumer of any default by the insurer under that policy. All claims made against the insurance policy shall be made directly with the insurer.

Brochure description and special requests
All descriptions in our brochure (website) or orally are given in good faith based on information believed to be correct at the time. After this, however changes can take place, which are beyond our control.  Photographs of rooms represent the type of accommodation available but not all the rooms are the same shape and style. Please note that en-suite means that a room has a shower and wash basin not a toilet. Descriptions of apartments are a guide only, as all are individually owned and differ from one another.

The risk of skiing can be affected by weather conditions and this has to be accepted. “Force majeure” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions. Fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, riots acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislation, municipal, military or other authority, strikes industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdowns (i.e. chairlifts), shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service supplier connected with a holiday, fraud perpetration against the organiser or of any other reason beyond the control of the organiser.  We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold holidays at any time and to correct omission or errors

Disclaimer for extreme sports and excursions will not be held liable for any accidents that occur whilst our clients are involved in extreme sports activities. It must be excepted by the client that although these events have strict controls and follow safety regulations they can be dangerous and are enjoyed at your own risk. These events and activities are run externally from All the extreme sports are weather permitting and may be cancelled for your safety by the instructors from these activity companies. Force majeure applies if these activities are cancelled and there is no refund. Any insurance claims must be taken up directly with the insurers. On arrival to the resort you may be asked to sign a disclaimer to this effect as is the case with most extreme sports companies and activities.

Where excursions or services such as ski/snowboard lessons or day trips are provided by a company outside of, even where such excursions or services are sold through our representatives we will have no liability for these.

We want your holiday to be as enjoyable as possible, but occasionally even the best-laid plans can go wrong. In the unlikely event of there being something not to your liking whilst on holiday, you must report it to the relevant supplier of the service in question and to our resort representatives, thereby giving them the opportunity to remedy the problem.
